This End User License Agreement is concluded between you and SparkTales Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc. SparkTales Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for the Storybook Bible application and its content.

This agreement does not provide usage rules for the application that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions govern.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the application may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

This license does not allow you to use the application on any Apple-branded product that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

SparkTales Inc. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the application, as specified in this agreement or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application.

Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be SparkTales Inc.’s sole responsibility.

SparkTales Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims from you or any third party relating to the application or your possession and use of the application, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims.
• Any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
